Visakha Organic Mela is a unique four-day event held in Visakhapatnam, focused on celebrating and promoting natural, organic, and sustainable farming practices. This mela (fair) connects rural and urban growers, natural farming practitioners, and agricultural innovators to build a vibrant, farmer-first ecosystem.
Participants
The mela brings together diverse stakeholders including village organic farmers, women farmer groups, urban terrace gardeners, local organic retailers, agri startups, bio-fertilizer producers, eco-friendly craftspeople, and more. Each participant plays a vital role in sharing knowledge, selling produce, demonstrating sustainable practices, and inspiring community engagement.

Day 1: December 4, 2025 - North Andhra Farmers Conclave

Launch the mela with motivation sessions for natural farming adoption, awarding exemplary farmers and FPOs, inspiring regional transformation.
Day 2: December 5, 2025 - Medicinal Food Experience
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Engage visitors in workshops on organic nutrition and food as medicine, empowering healthy lifestyle choices with experts in natural health and Ayurveda.
Day 3: December 6, 2025 - Agripreneurs Conclave
Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Ignite agri-entrepreneurs, food processors, startups, and weekend farmers through demos, networking, and innovation sessions to promote sustainable livelihoods.
Day 4: December 7, 2025 - Terrace Gardeners & Cultural Programs
