Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies exclusively to services involving stall booking, slot reservations, or event participation fees made via Organicmela.org and operated by agriDNA Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd. There is no sale or shipment of physical goods under these bookings.

2. Cancellation & Refund Requests

• Bookings for stalls or slots may be cancelled at any time up to 72 hours before the scheduled event date or slot start time, through written request to our support team (contact@organicmela.org or WhatsApp/phone).
• Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the booked stall/slot time may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of event cancellation by the organizer, technical failure, or other exceptional circumstances determined at the sole discretion of the Platform.

3. Event Organizer-Driven Cancellation

• If a booking is cancelled by the event organizer due to reasons such as force majeure, government directives, or safety protocols, all affected users will receive a full refund to their original payment method.

4. Refund Terms

• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed and the amount credited to the original payment method within 3-5 business days from the date of approval.
• Users will receive written confirmation of cancellation and refund initiation via registered contact details.
• Any payment gateway/convenience fee, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the event itself is cancelled by the organizer.

5. Non-Refundable/Non-Cancellable Scenarios

• Refunds or cancellations will not be processed for:
  • No-show or absence at the booked stall/slot.
  • Requests made after the completion of the event or booked slot time.
  • Breach of terms, code of conduct, or engagement in fraudulent activity.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or grievances must be raised with our support team at contact@organicmela.org or via phone/WhatsApp within 7 days of the scheduled event date.
• The Platform will review all requests in good faith and respond within 5 business days.

7. Changes to Policy

• Organic Mela reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Organicmela.org website.

8. Jurisdiction

• All matters relating to cancellation, refund, or dispute resolution shall be governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
