3. Account Creation & Management
- User is responsible for all actions under their account.
- Unauthorized access or breach must be reported immediately.
4. Product Listings & Orders
- All product information (pricing, availability, specs) is subject to change and may be revised post-order in case of genuine errors.
- Order confirmation is contingent on payment authorization and stock availability.
- We reserve the right to reject or process partial orders, with appropriate refunds.
5. Payment Terms
- Only accredited payment gateways and methods listed on the Platform may be used.
- All payments are subject to industry-standard security checks.
- Fraudulent, unauthorized, or unsuccessful payments will result in suspension or cancellation of orders/services.
6. Delivery & Shipping
- Logistics and shipping are handled via authorized third-party providers.
- Delivery schedules are estimates; actual timelines may vary due to uncontrollable circumstances.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
- All requests are processed per our Refund & Cancellation Policy (see below).
- Decision regarding refund/return/cancellation is at the sole discretion of the Platform subject to compliance with applicable law.
8. License & Intellectual Property
- All content, software, logos, trademarks, and data on the Platform are owned by agriDNA Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd.
- Users are granted a limited, revocable license for personal and non-commercial use only.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to direct damages only, up to the value of the disputed transaction.
- We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- All disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Andhra Pradesh, India, and in accordance with Indian law.
- Arbitration may be invoked if mutually agreed under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
11. Changes to Terms
- Platform reserves the right to modify Terms at any time, which will be notified on the Platform.
